Software Updates
Unless otherwise specified, premium plugin licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to receive plugin updates and support for purchased plugins.
If your license key is active and the extension(s) supports it, plugin updates will be delivered automatically from your WordPress Admin > Plugins dashboard.
Support
Connekt Media sells and distributes plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support for plugins that are sold and distributed by Connekt Media is available for those who have an active, paid license.
Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.
Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time.
As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and only after we’ve worked with you to try and find a solution.
Due to the nature of WordPress plugins and extensions, no refund will be given under any circumstances unless requested within 14 days of purchase and determined fit by Instant Images & Connekt Media.
We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.
Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.
Licensing
Instant Images & Connekt Media plugins, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
